You’ve finally got your hands on VertiMax, or you’re ready to dust yours off from the corner. Either way - Congratulations! As you get into full stride with your VertiMax, it’s okay to ask: Where exactly do I start? Right here.
1. How fast can I expect to see results? In the same way that bodies come in all different shapes in sizes, they also all respond differently to training. Depending on where you’re currently positioned with your performance training regimen, you may expect to see results - higher vertical jump and reduced 40 times - in as little as two to four weeks. Not bad, right?
2. How long is a typical VertiMax workout? Now that we’ve told you that you can expect results in just two to four weeks, you’re expecting that you’ll have to practically live on the VertiMax to get results that quickly. Right? Wrong. In fact, a standard jump training workout can be completed in under 5 minutes, where a speed training workout can be completed, typically, in just 15-20 minutes.
3. How many times a week should I use VertiMax? So you can expect results in two to four weeks by working out anywhere from 5 - 20 minutes at a time. That must mean you have to workout 7 days a week, right? Wrong again. Off season training is optimized by training at a minimum of two sessions per week. That’s it. In season? If you’re aiming to be a higher level athlete for the best results, then you should be aiming for one to two sessions per week. That’s it!
